Returns Policy

It is important to us that customers know they can purchase from us with complete confidence. We recognise that occasionally you will wish to return items to us and we are happy to provide a 14-day returns guarantee on items purchased from our website (This applies to all our titles and editions, with the exception of eBooks which are downloaded).

If you are unsatisfied with any item and wish to return it, please e-mail us (returns@zetabooks.com) in the first instance with details of your order number and the reasons you wish to return the item. We will reply with instructions on how best to proceed with the return.

If the fault is ours (e.g. a printing error occurs, or the wrong title has been dispatched) we will either replace the item or provide a full financial refund and we will also refund the return postage fee. If the fault is not ours, and the item is returned in the original new condition, we will refund the purchase price of the item but you will remain responsible for all postage charges. We reserve the right not to make refunds on items returned in less than pristine condition where the fault is not ours. Wherever possible we ask that you use the original packaging to return items.
